Convenient, parking, good size rooms especially for family. The breakfast was great
Service was slow at bar, service in restaurant for evening meal was not good really good enough

This hotel is in a great location, close to Paddington station and plenty of amenities. The double room with sofa bed is spacious for a family
The room is a bit tired and dated and could do with an update and deep clean. The air con didn’t work well so the room was hot and stuffy

Clean, nice decor.
Very slow check in - not sure whey it took so long. We had to move rooms 3 times - first room we were given had someone already in it - we walked in on them and were all surprised! Moved to another room - air con was not working, said they’d fix it but didn’t so we moved again. Final room very weak air con. We asked for a spare roll out mattress as there were 4 of us staying in the room and it was hot - and they said they’d have to charge us for this - which is pretty ridiculous. Also took an age to get an answer when ringing reception from the room.
