Ideal location room was lovely and the little extra touches chocolate and water and turn down was special
Building work /roadworks ? made the room very noisy early in the morning and the breakfast was disappointing

Location and customer service
The TV was difficult to operate and the room view was completely depressing. They could have done some nice wall painting or plant the backside

Location right by the park
Rome is quite spacious and comfortable size
Bed was comfortable
Wi-Fi: not the best
Breakfast buffet: very limited options- service EXTREMELY slow
Not the cleanest room; they really do need to do major restructuring, mostly inside the bathroom
