The location, staff and amenities were wonderful. I had a slight problem with my server on the hotel internet. The rooms are small but the design of the room and bath were great. The food service was excellent. I cannot praise the staff assistance enough...it was great.
The size of the rooms and the cost of the laundry service was a bit high.

The location so close to Lancaster Gate tube was excellent. The staff were wonderful. Our room was on the 14th floor and the view was amazing. Very comfortable bed and wonderful shower.

Breakfast was good
Booked a twin room and reconfirmed a couple of days before arrival.
Got given a small double room
Bathroom was tiny and cold
Extra 12% charge + £4 for room service.
£14 add on when checked out for ”staff! “
At £355 a night I didn’t notice any difference between other hotels I’ve stayed in at half the price and they don’t have the crazy added on charges
