Good location, easy to park, nice clean large room.
a six seater dining table, which was no use, would have preferred a sofa. Nowhere to sit to watch tv other than the bed. No safe in the room. Room servicing not available unless you specifically ask for it. and then it depends on how many others are also asking for it. Two adults in the room, but only one large bath towel. The floors creaked everywhere you walked. this included upstairs rooms, so we could hear people walking around during the night.

Really close to centre of Buxton, just a short walk, breakfast very good, staff all pleasant. We ate out each evening, lots of choice very short distance away. Would definitely stay here again. Beautiful period hotel

We had such a lovely weekend, the Palace Hotel is in the heart of Buxton and is so grand and imposing. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and our room was huge with a lovely view.
That we couldn’t stay longer.

The location
It wasn’t very clean. Only had one pillow each and no mat for when getting out the shower. It was also very hot in the room.
