This unique property gives you the feeling of rural life while still being right in town. As you drive down the shared driveway to the guest parking you'll enter a sustainable organic garden and orchard that has a variety of fruit and citrus trees. Large glass surrounds maximizes the views to be found in the bush reserve and garden. The large deck surrounding the apartment also offers a serene outdoor dining area. On main route to surf beaches only 10 mins away or park up your car and have a scenic walk to cafes and beaches 5-10 mins. away. Tennis courts and sports fields across road at the local school. Immediately behind us is the track that traverses the Kaitoke Estuary. Great for fitness or to view the scenery or marvel at the bird and estuary life. After a day out either at our beautiful beaches or exploring the region's many adventures relax in the peaceful environment of this apartment. Special conditions: * Guests are to provide own linen, however there is linen hire available at $25.00 pp. Shared driveway. Off-street parking available. Please park in designated area. A cleaning fee of $25.00 is required. Extras: NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to: Clean the house and do the dishes before you leave;

We had a beautiful stay at Sue’s property and Sue is a wonderful warm and welcoming host. Thanks to Sue and her beautiful and comfortable property, we had everything we needed and felt very relaxed. It was wonderful to meet Sue and she was so welcoming and kind, I highly recommend this place.

What a find!

What a find!

We had our reservations upon booking but boy were we wrong! This place is a real treasure, immaculately clean, extremely private and quiet and the host is fantastic. Although it's a few minutes walk out of the town centre, it never bothered us. The walk was welcomed and it made us slow down and relax into Raglan time!

This property was just what I wanted: within walking distance to centre of Raglan and a quiet place to unwind. The bush garden with views of the estuary provided the perfect environment for relaxation. The property was well presented and the owner very helpful. I would definitely stay again if in the area.

Our weekend in Raglan lived up to its promise. The location was secluded and quiet and the accommodation itself was comfortable and ideal. We were met on arrival and made to feel very welcome throughout our stay. It was only a short walk to the centre of Raglan and the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Loved the place - in a great location close to town (easy walking distance), but surrounded by bush and garden to create a lovely atmosphere. The place was very clean, tidy and had everything you needed. Sue was a lovely host, very friendly and around for any questions you had. Would highly recommend staying here :)

Sue goes out of her way to ensure her guests have a fabulous stay by providing some homely little extras like fresh fruit and flowers from her beautiful garden. The property itself is nice and quite and privately tucked away upon a lovely section of native New Zealand bush. You can hear the birds singing and you wouldn't even know there's an apartment upstairs because you can't hear a thing. Sue keeps this apartment immaculately clean and everything you need is provided for your stay. I'll definitely be coming back again one day and Sue is a very kind and genuine lady.

Great place to stay , very clean and has all you need for an enjoyable stay. So nice to be surrounded by bush and garden with a peek of the sea through the trees . We were greeted on arrival by Sue who made us feel very welcome.

Sue made us feel very welcome with vases of spring flowers waiting. She is very friendly and helpful and her one bedroom flat is set in a peaceful secluded garden with a walkway along the estuary on her boundary. All within walking distance of Raglan township.

The property was very clean and comfortable. It is in a quiet and beautiful bush setting but close to the township. The only difficulty we had was trying to ride our bikes up Stewart Street. The photos are good, the experience is even better. I would definitely recommend this property.

Apartment was very clean and tidy with ammenities in excellent condition. Off road parking. Chooks part of the charm. Excellent bed with extra throw rugs. Owner very friendly and helpful without being in our faces. A country feel in town, close to everything. We highly recommend this property and will return. Thank you Sue.

Sue was very welcoming and helpful during our stay. A lovely property, very well appointed with more than you'd ever need for a short stay and fresh flowers to greet us. A very comfortable bed. Located in a lush (in spite of the drought conditions) setting with many fruit trees and access on to a walkway amongst the bush.
