Welcome to our beautiful Golf Course view property, overlooking the 3rd hole on San Tan Highlands Golf Club (formerly The Golf Club at Johnson Ranch). Located in the quiet community of Johnson Ranch, just 25 minutes to the Gateway Airport in Mesa or 55 minutes to Phoenix’s Sky Harbor Airport. The inside of our home features a bright, open concept design with vaulted ceilings. The large living room is right off the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for your family. The primary suite boasts a king-sized bed with attached ensuite featuring a soaking tub, separate walk-in shower, double sinks and a large walk in closet with lots of room to organize your clothes. The primary as an over-sized patio door which opens up to the patio for easy backyard access. The other two bedrooms, both offer queen sized bedroom suites accommodating a total of 6 guests. Our home offers a 65” Smart TV in the living room and a 55" Smart TV in the master bedroom complete with Wi-Fi for your convenience. The backyard speaks for itself! It's a wonderful place to relax and enjoy your own private salt water pool, hot tub, adobe style fireplace and 3 hole putting green. Enjoy the beautiful view of the 3rd hole green from anywhere in the yard while taking advantage of the Weber BBQ. Johnson Ranch is a private community boasting an 18-hole championship course, which contains a practice putting and chipping green and full-sized driving range. 3 community pools, several parks with play equipment, a free 9-hole pitch and putt course, tennis courts, basketball courts and a stocked catch and release fishing pond. You have access to it all as our guest. Local shops include Fry’s Grocery store and many restaurants close by. Looking for some things to see and experience during your visit to Arizona which boasts 300 plus sunny days a year, consider MLB Cactus League Baseball with 8+ professional teams, Phoenix hosts the Phoenix Open, Arizona Cardinals football, International Raceway, The Worlds' Greatest Collector Barrett-Jackson Auto Auction in Scottsdale, Phoenix Zoo, Canyon & Saguero Lake, Schnepf Farms, Olive Mill, Raw Hide Western, and the Botanical Gardens. Consider a trip to the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Flagstaff, Tombstone, Tuscon or Rocky Point, or Mexico! If you enjoy shopping Queen Creek Marketplace, San Tan Village Mall, Scottsdale Fashion Square, Waterfront & Fifth Avenue Arts District, Arizona Outlets or Mesa open-air markets are just a few suggestions. The camera on the back of the home is on a switch which can be turned off by the renters at the front door when the home is occupied.

It is a gorgeous property that is well taken care of. Sunsets at the property were beautiful. It was a lot of driving to different parts of Arizona, like Sedona, Phoenix, Scotsdale. Not sure this midwesterner could have handled summer, but winter at 60 was perfect!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. Everything was exactly as advertised. Backyard pool area is gorgeous and where we spent about 80% of our vacation. Quiet neighborhood and the hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had before and throughout our stay. House was fully stocked with anything you could need- beach towels, pool floats, sunscreen, laundry detergent, hair dryers, iron, condiments, spices, miscellaneous kitchen supplies—-they thought of everything. We will definitely come back to this property. Book it- you won’t be disappointed! 😃

We had a very relaxing vacation at a beautiful home. It felt just like home. Very quiet, clean and organized with everything that you would need. Grocery store is super close. The hosts were quick to respond and were super friendly. 100% would stay here again.

House is not huge but has wonderful amenities and great pool / hot tub / outdoor space. House is close to a lot of restaurants and shops and easy to get to from the Mesa airport. Already booked another stay in Sept!!

We had a wonderful time at this property, so much so, we booked for next year before we even left! Check in was very easy. Communication with Tara was on point, she got back to me so quickly, we really appreciated that. The house is well stocked, plenty of pool towels, beds were very comfortable, there were plenty of pillows, which I love having. My family loved using the putting green daily. Beautiful sunsets from the back were lovely to watch. We almost had a flight issue and they offered some alternatives to stay if necessary. Horse back riding at San Tan Mountain is a must! We ate at the Olive Mill twice, wonderful food! Our family lives in the area so their commute to visit us was easy. Looking forward to our stay next year!! Thank you Mike and Tara!

We had such a great vacation! This house is beautiful and so close to everything we needed!! Had family over for a swim and everyone had so much fun! The fire pit it great for cooking some naan pizzas and the hot tub is THE. BEST. WAY. TO. END. EVERY. NIGHT!!! Very clean and extremely hospitable hosts!!!

This house was great! It had everything you need from a fully stocked kitchen (pots/pans, paper towels) to beach towels for the pool, and plenty of bath towels and wash cloths. Check in was super easy and the owners did a great job communicating before, and during our visit. There is a great home user guide they put together, which answers any questions about the property (remotes, pool/spa, etc.). If you are looking for a comfortable home to vacation in, you will not be disappointed.

One of the best homes we have stayed in in the area. The house was just as described and maybe even a little better! Very clean, updated and well taken care of property in San Tan Valley. We not only loved the indoor space but enjoyed the pool, Putting green, bikes and landscaping of this home. Very easy to access airport and shopping areas and homeowners were very accessible to our needs.
