The receptionist was so friendly. We had to get ready for a wedding before check in so she explained we could use the toilets on the first floor and she stored our luggage. Really handy for the train station over the road.

The location to transport and the centre of Ludwigsburg was fantastic.
The air conditioning in the room wasn't working as neither was the air conditioning in the room our friends had. They were given a fan and we weren't. When we asked for a fan at the front desk we had a member of staff dismiss us. We asked if they wouldn't mind looking because the temperatures were unbearable. She went off begrudgingly and returned without one.
Our friends checked out the day previous and we weren't offered their fan. We are reasonable people and understand that fans can't be provided for everyone but given the unbearable heat and the attitude of the staff member we felt rather let down with the stay.
