Very friendly and nice staff. Beautiful big room, working thermoelectric cooler (a mini fridge) and A/C unit. Also had a good breakfast.

The A/C unit is loud. Better cool down the room before you go to sleep or open a window.

Well located hotel with nice staff and good breakfast. It was my second time in this hotel and I probably will come again because of good value for money.

Reception works until 6 PM and after thet time you had to do everything on your own. Usually that is not problem but this time at 01 AM I had difficulty with opening room door and no one to ask for help. Somehow I managed to do that.

The personal is very kind, the room was very clean, no noice from the street. I would book the same hotel again.

It's getting old, and it shows.

The first impression of the hotel was made by the exceedingly hospitable and informative staff. We were warmly greeted, well cared for, and fully accommodated. The room was spacious and well appointed, and even had an air conditioner (a rarity in Germany). Free coffee and tea was a nice touch, as was letting us store our bikes inside. Breakfast was handled, considering the health and safety restrictions, quite well. There was a good buffet, but guests were served by staff. It worked!

Really the only negative point was the location. Being very near the railway station is convenient, but also results in train and announcement noise throughout the night, and a somewhat less than completely safe environment after dark.

The host was very nice and friendly. Free tea and coffee at the lounge. Convenient location from train station and to the market.

Very friendly staff in every shift, spacious rooms. Got room as ordered (with extra space / living area for meetings)

Tiny bathroom. Tiny shower. I guess I've never seen a shower curtain instead of a cabin in a hotel and I'm in hotels a lot. Breakfast is served in the basement. No vegan options at breakfast, not even margerine or plant milk!?? (This visit was 2020!)
