- hotel connected to the tanglin mall
-breakfast was fabulous
- variety of fresh fruits in breakfast
- they also gave us a yummy complimentary cake to celebrate our sonâs birthday
- there is less space in breakfast area
- had to wait in a long queue to be seated for breakfast

nice location
check-in speed and being seated for morning buffet is slow. each staff has different way of checking in, 1st day i met newer staff which took at least 20mins to complete the check-in, 2 rooms for 5 persons but each room given with 1 room key only. 2nd day with connecting room, so we have moved to another rooms by other staff, more experienced and faster process, without asking for more room cards, he has gave us 2 cards for each rooms , thats makes more sense. the rooms setup for day 1 and day 2 rooms are not consistent. day 1 you can get 2 cups in the room, day 2 you can get 4 cups in the room. As Shangri-la standard and sop would be very consistent, even the points i mentioned seems not very big deal but if it under the name of âShangri-Laâ, it should have the strict sop.
