Location.
Property is a little run down and could do with a refurb.

• BREAKFAST was excellent – for the most part. • Breakfast staff – generally polite, amenable and serviiable...Except for one male waiter who was only marginally accommodating. • Generally, the decor and room layout were pleasant and 'different'. • A much better class of hotel than their other property on the other side of the street. • All-in-all, the value was good: however – it should be noted that this was only true because of having booked at the last moment and so obtained a 50% discount on the last two rooms.
• No milk in the room for Coffees. AND not allowed to take any from the Restaurant: needed to go through Housekeeping. • Not overly enthused by the swimming pool, which was 'decorative' rather than allowing for the practising of any serious lengths swimming. • Atttractive but also short on sunshine due to the height of buildings around. • 'Pretty', however...
