The 2 bedroom apartment is perfect for a family of four. The rooms have everything you need. The playroom and kids swimming pool are perfectly situated next to each other. The other two pools are a bonus. The food at the restaurant and drinks options are great especially when you sign up and get a discount. The beds are very comfortable. The staff are amazing here, they would entertain our two energetic boys and helped in any way they could. We originally booked for one week and ended up staying three weeks. Only ten minutes from the beach.

. The staff were excellent. Ms. Melanie and Mr. Komang were outstanding. They were apologetic during mistakes and offered alternatives immediately.
. The swimming pool was great but needs maintenance for the floor.
. Food was ok and needs improvement in hygiene.
. Outstanding location. Everything nearby. Kuta beach was 20 minutes walk.
. Gym was small but good and needs maintenance and oiling for treadmill and pulley machines.
. Food hygiene needs to be developed.
. Swimming pool floor bed needs maintenance.
. Need maintenance for gym equipments.
. Due to renovation, couldn't use spa facilities.

Location and the size of the 2 bedroom resident unit.
The ballroom was decent.
The room looked outdated, the fridge was working but outdated, and outside the room were rather dingy and not properly kept up.
