Reception staff were very nice, pleasant and helpful. Breakfast had plenty of choices. Location was ideal to go to Stansted.

Limited TV channel choices.

7 / 10Good·Nov 2026

Really clean room and bathroom, very friendly and helpful reception staff, spacious room and comfortable bed.

Awful breakfast (with the exception of the coffee machine which was fabulous). Unfortunately the hot food was kept lukewarm or in the case of the scrambled eggs, cold, the bacon was tough and overly salty and hash browns greasy and soggy. Pastries & bread/toast were ok. I think the price point is very expensive for a ‘budget’ hotel but if you do charge that much, things like breakfast should be on point.

9 / 10Outstanding·Oct 2026

It was a good location, could have more variety for breakfast but still good, the staff were friendly aswell.

During the night a little noise from the other guests, but apart from that everything was good.

6 / 10Average·Sep 2026

The location is brilliant

The rooms need to be painted due to marks on various walls. Maintenance needs to do some jobs like tiles on bathroom floor were loose and could cause an accident(room 123). We asked for another room as it was looking shabby.
