The bed linen was very clean, as was the towels. Room was a good size, had ironing board, iron and hair dryer.
Good amount of bathing product.
The bathroom was in need of some attention, the shower curtain far too long layed on bottom of bath, potentially a hazard, tiles around bath had mould.
The room I was given was above the entrance of the hotel and was on a main road, it was noisy and there were many levels of stairs.
I could have asked to be moved as I’m a 78 year old lady, but didn’t, I will stay again I will make my preference known.

The shower and bathroom were lovely, very easy to operate shower, plenty of space, plenty of plug sockets, nice amount of coffee and tea choices, enjoyable heater to keep clothes and room dry and warm. Overall very nice.
Honestly there wasn't too much I could really complain about, it more relates to the general area more than anything but only because it was dark and quiet when I had arrived and didn't know the area. Everything was perfect, nothing to dislike.

Location for me and convenience for one night stay
I had a broken shower and tv did not work. However a one off in many stays over last 50 years. Hotel is old but OK.

"The bed was very comfortable and the bedding was lovely. The breakfast was good and plenty full. The room was good, and we could adjust the temperature in the room as we needed."
