Very clean hotel with helpful staff. The location is very convenient, only 9 minutes from the main station and close to the center too.
The room was spacious and comfortable, nothing was broken.
I stayed for 4 nights and kept leaving the sign to ask for my room to be cleaned, but it wasn't. Not a big issue, I just wanted my towels changed, but still.
Also the shower door had trouble closing fully and the put-in-card-for-electricity function did not work.
The mini bar is also just a mini fridge, though I didn't mind!

- Thank you very much to the very kind and helpful reception staff
- Perfectly clean room and comfortable bed with optional breakfast in the hotel restaurant
- Private bathroom with soap etc
- Close to public transport connections
- No AC in the room but there was a ceiling fan and a fan unit. It was not too bad in a hot summer night and you can sleep peacefully
- Can sometimes hear the trams pass by, depending on where you are in the building
- City tax excluded in total price and is paid at the reception desk on check in
- Halle train station area - appears to be a very shady location, especially at night

Lovely area with a great atmosphere. The breakfast was excellent, and my kids especially enjoyed the fresh juice. We had a wonderful experience and would happily visit again.

Very comfortable room, bed and we really appreciated the ceiling fan . Nice bathroom / shower
Location close to the train station
No coffee/tea making facility in the bedroom. (We have never stayed in a room without coffee-making facility.) My husband was most put out as he likes coffee first thing.
The breakfast options for hot food were very limited. Not sure EU 15.00 was a fair price for these breakfast options.
