Tutto bene con qualcosa da migliorare

La colazione internazionale è sicuramente un punto di forza di questo hotel, molto varia e buona. Letti comodi, stanza e bagno puliti, ottime lenzuola. Bollitore in camera con varietà di te e caffè. Ottima posizione, città vecchia e nuova, ponte Carlo, castello, quartiere ebraico tutto raggiungibile a piedi.

Stanza molto grande ma con spazi mal organizzati, poco spazio per appoggiare le valigie, scrivania molto piccola. Nessuna presa nelle stanza, un unica stazioni sulla scrivania, già piccola, per attaccare tutti gli apparecchi elettrici, bollitore incluso. Cuscini molto morbidi e di un solo tipo. Camera un po’ fredda e Wi-Fi funzionante a tratti malgrado la camera fosse al primo piano. Arredamento un po’ datato, eliminerei la moquette.

The hotel was good, good location ,clean, the staff was respectful, the breakfast was really good

The breakfast was good, the Hotel is well located

We bought the tickets of the hop on hop off bus at the Hotel. Nobody informed us that the bus could come very late, it could come one hour late.

We had a fabulous break at the grand majestic hotel Prague.

We loved the location of the hotel, the room was very comfortable it had everything we needed. The breakfast was fabulous. Staff friendly.

The only thing we could criticise is that the hotel bar shut quite early. Was supposed to be 11pm but did close a bit earlier on a couple of nights.

Great location, close to centre, tram and metro stops.

Staff did not smile at all. Pillows were very uncomfortable

Great central location with pleasant and professional staff. A great stay.

Cleanliness. Friendly and helpful staff. Very good choice for breakfast and enjoyed a meal in the restaurant. Location allows you to walk to all of the main sites.

Good hotel in a great location.

Nice hotel just off the main road, good sized room. The staff are very professional and friendly.

Parking is quite tight, so make sure your car fits the dimensions.

The rooms were a good size, they were clean, quiet and the bed was comfortable. The staff were very friendly. Our rooms were originally close together however we had to move a room to have a twin bed instead of a king size, the staff dealt with this very quickly despite being fully booked. Overall I thought the hotel was excellent, it is in a great location and the price we paid I felt was cheap considering all these factors. I would happily stay again

Pleasant and comfortable stay, great breakfast and extremely close to city centre!

Big and clean room, very comfortable beds, great breakfast and in a very good location.

To be 100% perfect, the beds could be checked for better cleanliness.

Had a wonderful time in a beautiful city which was easily accessible from our hotel.

Fabulous hotel in an excellent location, only 10 minutes walk from the centre of Prague. Very helpful reception staff who went above and beyond to make our stay perfect.

Could not fault anything about the hotel.

we booked the transfer with the hotel and we agreed to a certain amount, however, the driver tried to charge us more money, very unprofessional, so be careful.

Excellent location and pleasant stay

Location is perfect, close to old town and near Palladium shopping centre. Walking distance from main attractions in Old Town. Location was also quiet at night which is a big plus in Prague. The room was perfect size and had all needed amenities. It was spotless and clean. The staff was nice and pleasant. Breakfast was good and tasty with many things to pick from. They also had an omelette station.

Very small things. Windows are a bit strange to open (consisted of 2 windows) and would not stay open. AC control was a bit confusing, sometimes it would be very cold, other day it would be heating, I guess depends on weather since it seemed to be centrally connected. Breakfast could have a bit of variety between days, since everyday food choice was almost identical.
