Great location, good breakfast variety, walking distance to the beach, 2 separate pools
Unfortunately, the cleanliness and level of service did not meet our expectations.
The shower drain was blocked with hair when we arrived, which I ended up cleaning myself. The tables in the room were also still dirty, so I cleaned them with a cloth. There was a visible layer of dust inside/on the lamps, which gave the impression that only the main areas of the room receive regular cleaning and that the room had not been thoroughly deep-cleaned for some time.
We were also disappointed with the availability of beach towels. At around 10:00 in the morning, we were told to collect them from the bar, but when we went there, none were available. We then went to reception and were simply told that we would need to wait until 11:00. For a hotel where guests are on holiday and naturally want to make the most of their time at the beach or pool, I would expect clean towels to be readily available in the morning or, at minimum, a more service-oriented solution from the staff.
It is also worth noting that although the hotel does state that there is an additional charge for using the sunbeds and umbrellas at the beach, the fee is €10 per day. This can add up quickly over a longer stay and is something guests should factor into the overall cost of their holiday.
Overall, these issues made the experience feel below the standard we expected, particularly when it came to cleanliness and guest service.

Everything was wonderful! The breakfast buffet was delicious. Fresh fruit and Cappacino's every morning. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The location is perfect. You can walk to the beach and into town. Every staff person i dealt with was pleasant and went out of their way to be helpful! Your hotel is one of the best i have stayed in globally. We will be back! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Friendly staff , clean rooms
Buffet breakfast was very average . Spinach / cheese pie always dry, embarrassing to be serving that in Greece. Shower head broken, asked to get it fixed - never fixed so I had to use string to hold it up . Asked staff for a change in music by the pool - not accommodating to make the atmosphere better .

Good enough breakfast.
Note that this resort is not located in the old town, but it is close enough to walk to town.
The resort offered their clients a beach lounger with umbrella, at Euro 10 per person. This was great.
Only one of our party of 6, could connect to the WiFi, which was a bit odd.
The reason they gave us is that the internet was faulty, but why could one person connect to the internet then?
That was weird....
