Extremely nice and accommodating staff. The people could not have been nicer and the location was perfect.
Although I understand that Naxos is more rustic than some of the other islands, the hotel is no where near being a five star property. It is extremely old and not particularly clean. Would not get more than a 2-3 star rating compared to other 5 star properties that we have stayed at in other parts of the world.
