Location is great, close to the port and within the old town easy to get to with suitcases etc. check in and communication were very good. Nice main bed. No milk in breakfast which was otherwise fine (done by yourself). Nice rooftop.
Only a couple of windows with no view (Amethyst apartment). The extra bed was a bit uncomfortable according to the kids. There was a small leak in the WC which wetted the floor a bit. Jacuzzi not really a responsible option (water shortage) and splashing a bit on the floor when showering if not careful.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, cool rooftop. Very clean, coffee and room snacks included! Fit 3 people comfortably.
Had to pay attention in the evening when using the spiral staircase! There is an elevator you can use instead.

Great little place right in the centre but still quiet with an amazing balcony. Great hot tub but we didn’t get chance to use it on our short stay. The team were super helpful

Good location. The place has a jacuzzi, which is great so even if it rains there is somewhere nice to relax.
There was a reception mix-up and they gave access to a random couple to our room. We were surprised by strangers at almost 1 a.m, who opened the door to the street. We also killed 2 cockroaches of 3-4 cm each around the kitchen. The bread on the first day had mold on it. No compensation was given (nor requested).
