We had a lovely stay at Portara Luxury Suites and loved every minute. The location is hard to beat: right by the sea, with a wonderful view of the Temple of Apollo that never got old. Seeing it first thing in the morning and again at sunset was a real treat.
Our room was comfortable and beautifully appointed, with everything we needed to settle in and relax. The warm soaking pool was a highlight, and the outdoor patio looked out over the calm waters on the northern side of the island. It was a peaceful spot for coffee in the morning or a quiet evening unwinding.
What made the stay truly special was our host, Janine. She was exceptionally kind, communicated clearly from start to finish, and took care of our every need. Her warmth made us feel genuinely looked after.
We would happily recommend Portara Luxury Suites to anyone looking for a relaxing seaside stay with a view, and we'd love to return!

Great location right on the ocean front. Watching the waves from bed was excellent.
Very clean.
No hot water for the entire stay. Cold showers were not appreciated. Told our host bug it wasn’t corrected.
Wifi didn’t work - not corrected.
Lost water completely for a few hours but not the hotels fault.
