Clean, value for money, family friendly
Issue with checking-in after 9:00pm, tried 20 times for self check-in, didn’t work, a staff came & assisted, so all good at the end!!

I left before breakfast but the coffee from the machine at reception was good.
I arrived after midnight and could not use the entry screen but after calling the emergency telephone number the young lady came within a few minutes to assist me. I could not thank her enough. Thank you.

Price
The directions & map provided were wrong. They took us to a different Enzo hotel on the same estate (next to Sophie Restaurant. When we rang to find out where they were no one spoke English.
We finally found the hotel tucked away at the back of the estate next to the New China Restaurant. Very stressful.
