Room was clean and comfortable
Toiletries including shower cap were good
Access using key pad. Had to phone for code. French, not being our first language, meant it was very difficult. We failed so "manager"? arrived by car. Pity the code wasn't texted to us but then not sure how we'd have gotten the room key!
Coffee at breakfast was in a thermos flask but it wasn't very hot and, if there had been any other guests, it would be emptied quickly. We paid the room tax and requested and paid for breakfast on arrival. No one at the desk when we left so weren't sure what to do with room key. Suddenly an intercom jumped into action and I was told where to leave the key.

Beds are fine. Location is perfect
No personnel, all contact on distance. Cameras in the lobby and dining room move and follow you, as if you are a burglar instead of their customer.
There was no cold water pouring out of the douche and sink, only hot water available. Terrible
$$$$
