Great location.
Due to maintenance we were put in a tiny room and during a heatwave was quite claustrophobic.

Room was clean and tidy and the staff were friendly and helpful
Car parking was a challenge and when I went to leave in the morning I had been boxed. The staff member quickly resolved this though. Thanks.

The property is located very close to Richmond town. Our room was clean and modern.
The reception staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating.
The room was rather tiny. We stayed only one night so it was not an issue but I will not recommend for a longer stay.

Great location and friendly staff
Tiny room and bathroom, not very comfy pillows and no aircon. You go up the stairs through a building site which is so loud and dusty, you could argue that it shouldnt be open. A lot of money for just a basic room
