As a solo traveller wanting to meet with friends and explore London, this was an ideal hotel for that purpose, with Kingsbury underground station (Jubilee Line) a very short walk away (visible and less than 5 minutes away). The hotel was excellent value for money. The staff were cheerful, friendly and responsive to any problems or requests. My room had a very tidy and clean bathroom, a double bed, a sofa and a desk. The television had a slight problem with it on arrival and it was replaced within a day! For me, and my week in London, this was a perfect base. The hotel does not offer breakfasts but it is surrounded by a wide range of eateries on Kingsbury High Road. I found the whole experience a good one and I hope to return for a stay later in the year.
There was a wi-fi issue during the week and had I been, say, a business traveller, this could have been problematic. It did not really affect me. To be fair to the hotel, attempts were made on several occasions to rectify the wi-fi issues and my advice to travellers needing to rely on a strong wi-fi connection would be check with the hotel in advance. The only other point to make is that the excellent location is also a double-edged sword, as the hotel is located just off a major roundabout, so be prepared for traffic noise (especially emergency vehicles with alarms blaring). I am a deep sleeper so, once again, this did not really affect me as I soon got used to it, but if you are a light sleeper please go prepared for this. Personally, the location was a win for me but I think this is worth pointing out for those who would prefer a quieter experience.

Good location, one station from Wembley Stadium. Friendly staff.
Poor quality room, claustrophobic bathroom with one small sink plus a toilet and shower. Windows difficult to open or close. Curtains were falling apart. Old carpet everywhere in the room and on the stairs as well. Very old furniture also, in bad condition, chair and table, bed.
We stayed for almost a week, we thought we'd save some money and time being so close to the stadium but for the price we paid we could've gotten ourselves a better room.
Also the neighbourhood didn't feel safe at all. Zero peace and quit, constant noise from cars outside since the hotel is situated at a roundabout but also from fellow tourists. Very thin walls.
