I liked the location and the very reasonable price for two rooms
I liked everything about the property. There were even fresh towels thrown in.

The location was good and it was clean and the room was warm
my room had a kettle, but no water, coffee, sugar etc. Although they have a kitchenette downstairs, i’d have preferred to make a tea/coffee without going downstairs

It’s cheap. The room is comfortable. It has a good RV with Netflix and BBC IPlayer loaded up.
It’s inconsistent. I’ve stayed there a few times. One time there was no key for me to get in - I contacted the owners who said they would be sure to replace it. The next day there was still no key. Both days I had to wait for other guests to arrive to let me in.
Also, the kitchen sometimes had food available. There is always coffee and tea. Sometimes cereal, sometimes bread. Recently only mouldy bread in the bread bin.
Lastly, the rooms are very close together, so if there are noisy guests then it’s hard to not be disturbed.
