The staff were lovely and couldn't have been more helpful. The room was spotless and the hotel was in a fantastic location.
The room was quite small but that's normal in Paris. It was also quite expensive for three stars but everything seems to have gotten very expensive in Paris this year.

Great room on the corner facing the Seine. We had 3 huge windows that let in the breeze along with a small balcony.

Amazing location
After being away the whole day we got back to the room and there was a very strong bad odour coming from the bathroom making it unbearable to stay in. We reported it to reception and it was not taken seriously - the receptionist brought a spray to cover the smell and said it’s ok/nothing else to do and left. We aired the room for a long time, let the water run a lot and the smell improved. It was still disappointing though and unfortunate that there was no appetite to give a solution or try to help. The day after was check out and the lady at reception was more understanding about it - offered us breakfast if we wanted.
