The breakfast was good, I just my nigga meal, his burger and chips were superb. I look forward to having it again

The staff was friendly from the minute we walked in, they were happy to help and had good banter, it was like walking into a friends house.
Room was clean and like the pictures, I slept well in the bed, my partner didn't (mattress fussy) 😂 I missed out on the breakfast due to the food delivery not turning up but I still wouldn't fault the place in any way.
The outside area is really nice it was good to sit in with the other guest and have a laugh after the gig we attended, I think his name was Faz 🤔 he was a brilliant host and bought all the guest together laughing like we were long time buddies, was a really good end to the night, even if I lost track and it was 3.30am 😂
Thanks again for the night, I would definitely stay again
Abit of noise from upstairs but it was a Friday night and who doesn't expect noise, it was all laughter and people just having a cracking friday

The staff were very pleasant and courteous in making my stay as pleasant as possible. The facilities were nice and clean and the room, while extremely basic, was as clean and tidy as it could get and didn't have any unpleasant odours. The room was also pleasantly warm as was the rest of the building, even with the back doors open to the garden outside. The bedding was comfortable enough for me to sleep without overheating or feeling too cold in the middle of the night.
The room felt very sparse for comfort. There wasn't a bedside lamp to see where I was going once I turned the main light to my room off, so I'm glad I had my phone torch to make sure I didn't walk into things. The bed itself was a thin mattress on top of a solid wood frame and very uncomfortable to sleep on. There was no sound insulation, so I could hear the ceiling splintering above me and people moving around and slamming doors into late hours, and their walking over the ceiling caused the light in my room to flicker. The lock mechanism on my room was stuck half the time leaving me often struggling to get into my room, and with the motion detection lights being very ultra sensitive I'd be stuck in the dark trying to fight with the lock to my room.
