Perfect location round the corner of main strip of northern quarter and only yards away from picadilly... you also get 10% discount from the EZRA & GIL across road from hotel all you have to do is show confirmation of booking.
Only thing I can say is no tea coffee etc in room so I suggest get some drinks in from shop round corner.

Easy hotel Manchester was really conveniently located and only a few minutes walk from
Manchester Piccadilly station. It was very clean, and the staff were polite, friendly and helpful. The air con in the room was great and easy to control.
Easy hotel is a no frills hotel which I knew going into it, it’s fine for what it is but don’t expect anything special. It’s a nice enough hotel just to sleep in, but if we had been staying more than one night I think I would have felt a little underwhelmed. The room was very small, but as I say it’s not necessarily a complaint just something to consider before booking.

The location was good an easy walk from the train station.
I think we had the smallest room in the building it would have been suitable for 1 person but not 2, Glass bathroom didn't work for us.
