The location couldn't have been better - so central and with a gorgeous cafe/pasticceria on the same street 2 minutes away. The rooms were big, the beds were comfortable and everything was really clean. There was a minor issue our first night but it was quickly resolved and I was able to get staff on the phone and the whole thing sorted within 30 minutes which was great.
We didn't realise until we arrived that there was no lift - that's on us, we should have read the reviews more closely! Lots of stairs and they are quite steep, so wouldn't recommend this for anyone who would struggle to carry up their own suitcase. It's self check in, so would also need to be somewhat tech savvy to do that - wouldn't recommend for anyone who wants to be checked in by a person/get help with bags etc.

It was a perfect location, close to the square, restaurants and shops, easy walk to the train station and meet up location for our tours.
The stairs. Lots of stairs. We didn’t like the electronic check in. Struggled with it a bit, but the patron was accessible by phone and he helped us through it.

The location was fabulous - and everything is very walkable from where the hotel is based. The room was large and very comfy. There was a fridge and freezer in the room which was very helpful.
The self check in as it was something I hadn't seen before but once done, no issues.
