Da limpeza.
Além do checkin ser muito tarde, eles não são flexíveis com antecipação, além de ainda assim ter atrasado meu checkin. Prometeram deixar sair mais tarde por conta do atraso do checkin, mas isso não aconteceu, mentiram.

All the rooms are entered off the main foyer, so if anyone makes a noise late at night or early in the morning you can hear it

Great location
Breakfast with limited healthy options (e.g. fruits, cold cut). Hotel is very old, so rooms are tiny and noisy. a few room itens are rusty (e.g. windows and bathrooms).

the staff is really nice, polite and kind. When you get there look forward Gilson. Such a great guy.
The installation is a little bit old but in end it doesn’t bother you

Location was great, clean room and nice personnel, great breakfast.
Had trouble with the wi-fi. Also could have something for people that are gluten-free..

Location and staff were great!
The property is clean but outdated. The grout in the shower was not well maintained giving the impression that it was not clean. The water pressure was weak in the shower. All in all, it was not a modern or a updated 4-star hotel
