Stay was excellent except food.

I loved everything in Courtyard, except food.

I did not like the food. Breakfast and dinner was included in my package. Food was good but not excellent. As per my understanding, quite a few dishes was repeated, may be one day old items were served. Quantity was less. Overall quality of the food and verity of the foods in MoMo restaurant was not satisfactory.

Good place to stay with warm and friendly staff. All the very best to all of them.

Staff was very friendly.

Some miscommunication happened wrt dinner buffet pricing. Even though the amount was not significant.

The staff was kind and friendly.

Cleaning of the light fittings and other corners. The hotel should collaborate more with providers of cars that guests can hire a car and driver that is recommended and trusted by the hotel

Nice hotel with great staff but price is steep

Front desk and momo cafe service staff are excellent as usual. Room was clean and spacious.

First night, there was hourly outages in the room and the floor lights will come on when power came back. Due to this, woke up at 2am and could no longer sleep. Complained to the front desk... It was fine second and 3rd night. There should be a non slip mat in the bathroom cubicle as it's marble flooring and it's very slippery during shower. One can easily fall and get hurt.

Great Stay

The Spread was good , pls add more local dishes too. But otherwise it was good , particular one chef who got me especially crispy dosa and Vada , so awesome customer service.

Not Hinjewadi !

Good choices for breakfast. Staff tries hard to please. Clean interior and decor.

Hinjewadi is not likeable. There was some loud, out of tune singing on weekend/Sunday in the hall adjoining the reception, also where food is. We were glad we were not eating at the time. it would be impossible. Not fair on other customers waiting in the lobby or wanting to just be there. Hiring a car is at least twice more expensive than the usual rates. We did order the hotel car and frankly, try to use other independent car hires which are much cheaper for the same ride ! The room card didn't work after changing twice-in lift as well as door.

Phenomenal

Their hospitality began from the time we stepped into the property. Mr Ashish of front office gave us a very warm welcome and even a loving farewell. We were upgraded to Executive room. Every staff member tried their best of courtesy including the gym trainer. The efforts were visible. We Loved puran-pohli prepared by Chef Umed and French Toast..
