The property is good.
Booked the hotel room WITH BREAKFAST.
But when I was checking out, I was told it was WITHOUT BREAKFAST.
I understand it happens often with Booking.com bookings. This is unethical.

The check in process was good. Bedroom was decent size. Service was quit good. If you asked something, you would get it.
The twin beds were not comfy. The water pool was not heated pool so that means very rarely anyone will use it in this cold weather. There was additional charge on my bill which couldn't be explained. They did remove it but it was unexplainable. Overall I would rate it a 3.5/5. The food was decent but a long way to go for a 5 star hotel.
