The hotel is a bit outside of the noisy Puno which is exactly how we like it. with a perfect view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. The restaurant of the hotel provide great food with a surprising low prices. Breakfast is generous and fits the European taste as well as providing the local flavours.
But above all, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was amazing.
The pier to the lake is something we used every morning. You should too.
Soundproofing the rooms a little more could be a good idea.

Very beautiful location near the lake, spacious and calm room with lake view. Breakfast was excellent and staff was very friendly. Loved the terrasse. You need a taxi/Uber to get into Puno (10mins), which we did not mind as it was a quick ride and we had a calm location. Tours with Wilson Tacoma (hotel offers contact) were very well organized.
There was a rather long line during peak times at breakfast around 6 a.m. as most people needed to leave for their tours. We ended up carrying breakfast to our room as there were not enough spots to sit. Coffee is unfortunately not good.
