The view of Lake Titicaca from our room was fantastic. The amenities in the room were very good too. They had a kettle too which was very useful. The staff were very friendly & helpful.
The room was a little small. The carpet & bathroom need an uplift.

Yes the hotel feels a bit old but the staff attention is great like in most of Peru, the view on the lake is incredible, the possibility to take a walk on isla Esteves, meet and chat with ornithologists, meet the local fox and cuys, everything was great. Good service at the restaurant which is important as you won’t feel like taking a cab to go in the center for diner..

The beds were comfortable, the shower powerful and hot, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was incredible! The meraki message was one of the best messages I have had.
This is not a 5 star hotel. It may have been when it first opened, but it is tired and dated. It’s 3 star at best. We booked it so we could use the spa but the jacuzzi but it had been out of order for some time and we were not informed, we would have changed our plans if we had known at is was not worth the money. We were not offered any compensation or even a good will gesture. There were major refurbishments going on in most rooms and a strong smell of paint.
