Location, staff and facilities
Disabled access to bedrooms was limited, need to use public car parks.

Great central location near a car park. Lovely large room with a superb view of the port. Great large windows to really take in the view.
The staircase and hallway could have an uplift .

Location
Breakfast was poor orange juice was like coloured water no taste of orange. Ran out of croissants at 915 only one banana available we asked any more told none. Overall very poor breakfast one employee available making coffee etc 12 people there for breakfast breakfast supposed to finish at 945 but very little available if you had come down at 930. Not good value
