Clean, peaceful, beautiful grounds
Steep walk back to the room, but that’s the price to pay for a great balcony with a sea view!

The breakfast area is congested and can get a bit messy, A wider western speclection of food would make the breakfast more appealing.

The buffet breakfast is excellent and worth including in the room price, and the main restaurant is very bright and pleasant. All the staff were very helpful and professional. Out Hillview road felt like a treehouse but it was a long trek to the swimming pool
The hotel was quiet and I suspect understaffed. Our room had not been equipped properly and some things did not work; to their credit once all right finally made the complaint they offered to upgrade our room. The result is a bit run down and some areas like the aqua pool very tired indeed.

Design of the room and the service of the staff.
The air conditioning was not cooling the room properly. During the day, we could barely feel any cool air—there was only a little airflow, but the room remained warm and uncomfortable. At night, I was woken up several times because the room was too hot. In fact, the temperature outside was cooler than inside the room during night time.
