Sehr freundliches Person, super Lage für Wanderungen im Sommer oder auch Skifahren im Winter, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, Hunde erlaubt
Auf Booking sowie auf der Website werden sehr moderne & ansprechende Zimmer gezeigt, leider haben wie keines davon erhalten. Das Hotel verfügt über drei Häuser, das Steinadler ist das moderne und im Adler sind die Zimmer leider alles andere als auf den Fotos. Wir waren tatsächlich etwas enttäuscht, da wir es uns komfortabler vorgestellt haben. Wir haben den Rezeptionisten dann darauf angesprochen, da wir dachten, dass wir aufgrund unserer zwei Hunde allenfalls dieses Zimmer bekommen haben. Das war aber nicht der Fall. Er meinte, dass sie dieses Problem öfters haben, dass die Bilder auf Booking nur Beispielbilder seinen & wir doch nächstes Mal über die Website buchen sollen. Auf der Website finde ich aber auch keine Fotos von den alten Zimmern. Angeblich haben auch nur 10 von 45 Zimmern einen Balkon. Die sind alle im Haus Steinadler.
Ich persönlich finde das nicht sehr fair, uns dann in ein so altes & teils auch nicht ganz sauberes Zimmer einzuteilen (siehe Foto).
