Wir waren nicht das erste Mal im Alpenstern und haben es bereits weiterempfohlen. Auch unsere Schwägerin und ihr Mann haben sich im Alpenstern verwöhnen lassen und waren total happy.
Ich habe selten ein Hotel gesehen, das alle Erwartungen nicht nur erfüllt - und diese sogar übertrifft!
Ich wüsste nicht, was hier noch besser gemacht werden könnte. Service, Dienstleistung, Sauberkeit und auch die Qualität der Speisen: alles hervorragend!

Der SPA Bereich war genial. Es war nicht viel los. Essen war perfekt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Und der Gym Raum hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Die kleinen Kabinen im Saunabereich waren sehr gemütlich.....
Der einzige Minuspunkt der uns aufgefallen ist, war das schlechte W-Lan Signal, das leider fast im gesamten Hotel vorhanden war. Hat uns aber nicht besonders gestört, da wir zum entspannen gekommen sind und nicht wirklich viel am Handy saßen.....
