Location, clean, mostly comfortable, friendly staff who spoke English, good value for money, fridge provided, water cooler provided, generator in case of power cuts kept wifi, fridge, lights etc going.
Bed was too soft with insufficient support.

Location is very central. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The staff is always helpful.

Great location in center of city on Deribas Street.
No free breakfast which I thought I would receive when I booked room. Also, I was on the fifth floor and going up the stairs could be tiresome.
