The ground floor hides a gem of a hotel - exceptionally friendly staff in a clean warm hotel with large rooms. Fitted out to a budget but very acceptable and exceptional value for money. Don’t be put off by the entrance and stairwell !
Be aware there is not breakfast facilities and some rooms lacked a bedside light.

The location is excellent, and the walls are exceptionally thick — during my stay there was a ballistic attack, and surprisingly little could be heard in the room. In the current circumstances, this is a significant advantage
I rarely write negative reviews, but in this case I think some things are worth mentioning. I understand the difficult situation for tourism in Odesa, but many of these issues could be fixed without significant investment.
1. I booked a spacious room with a bed and a sofa. The sofa turned out to be broken, while the mattress on the bed was noticeably worn and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, the hotel was not willing to offer any discount because of the broken sofa.
2. A large part of the room was taken up by a baby cot. It would make more sense to provide it upon request rather than keep it permanently in the room.
3. Some of the questions from the receptionist felt rather inappropriate and unnecessarily personal.
4. The kitchen area has apparently become a smoking area for guests. I needed to work there, but when I tried to open the window, I was warned about mosquitoes getting inside. At the same time, the strong smell of cigarette smoke did not seem to be an issue for the staff.
