The location is great, just a few hundred meters away from Potemkin Stairs. Staff was helpful and kind and the room was very clean.

We stayed at the “VIP apartment” which is in the same courtyard as the hotel but not in the hotel itself. It was spacious, with all amenities and a nice bathroom with a shower and bath. Great location 50m from Potemkin steps, and 3min from Deribasivska, with many amazing rests and breakfast places etc (but far away from a beach so this is more for visitors who want to experience the centre and nightlife of the city). Apartment is clean. Very nice staff!
There is a bedroom with a large comfy bed and a living room with a pullout couch. The member of our group who slept on the couch complained that it was “like sleeping in a pit” 😁

- Great location next to Potemkin steps
- room and amenities were comfortable and clean
- staff were nice and tried their best to help in all situation
- a bit overpriced for what you get (my room looked different from the pictures...)
- breakfast was tasty but you're limited to very few selections from a large menu
