Дуже зручне розташування, чудовий вид з вікна, затишний номер зі всіма зручностями. Сніданок довго по часу, що зручно і дає змогу спланувати свій час якнайкраще. Привітний та компетентний персонал. Не встигала поснідати, то забрали ланч бокс в дорогу, було дуже приємно

Готель нам припав до душі!

Знову нас вітав дуже приємний і позитивний консьєрж )). Швидко вирішувались всі питання стосовно проживання.

1. Номер 507 був холодним, а у душі - просто дубак. 2. При заселенні помітили протікання сушки для рушників (яка, до речі, постійно холодна), прийшлось чекати, поки полагодять. 3. Ну і вишенька на торті, парковщик. «Ну і що, що ви селитесь в готель, їдьте далі, не заважайте». Тут без коментарів.

A great place to stay

Geeat location looking over the Book Market. Quiet location. Very friendly staff. Loved the chocolates at reception and paying a bit extra for a balcony was definitely worth it

Beautiful place in right location

Great location and a beautiful interior within it. Also, all staffs are amicable and welcoming, as all ways in Ukraine. I have visited the bar and restaurant a few times, good food and also the breakfast.

great place in Odessa

A good central location for work, but also a great location for hanging out in the evenings. There are dozens of little cafes and other venues just outside the door. The facilities are very nice, and the room is excellent. The staff is extremely helpful and charmingly friendly. There is a reason that lots of foreign visitors stay here, even during the conflict.

A little bit disappointing compared to their usual flawless standard. some small trouble in calculating the bill, the best room lacked a lock, little bit not immaculate cleaning

Best choice in Odessa

Very comfortable room, great breakfast, wonderful restaurant, super staff,. The hotel responded with professionalism to all the requests we made, which made our work as journalists easier. And even organized transfer to the Palanca border. Recommended 100%.

Great for the weekend and any other day

This is my third stay in this property and my opinion did not change. Undoubtedly this is one of the finest accommodations in this city which is loaded with famous hotels. The place is clean , remarkably decorated and located in a very good place in the center. As it was expected the parking was fine and the room was fabulous. I must say that this time i spent some time admiring the design of lobby. Breakfast was excellent as i remembered and of course the crew was friendly and attentive as always.

Nice, clean hotel, with high quality service! We've had a great time and relaxed there. There's beautiful, calm inner yard, where we were sitting with glass of wine. Launch and dinner we had in hotel's restaurant Cellini, that's as gorgeous and beautiful as at the day of our wedding two years ago. It was so pleasant to recall the events of those times. Tasty food and excellent service! I want to highlight especially service - super polite and qualified stuff at service disk, restaurant and at breakfast zone! Our room was big, clean, with amazing jacuzzi! We were missing a balcony, but there aren't balconies in such room category. There were all amenities that person could need: slippers, bathrobes, shaving kit, toothbrush, even bath salt in bathroom, tea, coffee, complimentary water, kettle, mini bar and coffee machine!

Great location. Clean and tidy rooms.

Coffee in the room isn't replenished. Breakfast is average and only starts at 8,30. Air-conditioning doesn't work well enough

Amazing location. Clean and comfortable. Well equipped room Reserved 4 rooms for 3 nights business trip. Everyone was very impressed Lovely coffee shops on the doorstep
