The staff are very helpful and obviously enjoy their work. The location was reasonably close to all facilities with excellent public transport facilities nearby. Breakfast and dinner was very reasonably priced and with a good menu selection.
Unfortunately there were major roadworks happening right outside my bedroom window. This of course was not within the hotel's control. Apart from that there were no negative aspects to my stay

The location is great, right between the train station and the city centre. The design of the hotel is sleek and modern. The bomb shelter is easily accessible.
There was no kettle or coffee in the room, for this class of hotel I'd expect there to be complementary coffee and tea. Also, one of the glasses was not properly washed, but that was my only cleanliness concern.
