Cleanliness, view to the golf course on one side and to the po ol on the other side.
The house has everything one needs to cook and clean.
AC very efficient.
The greenery and birds that you can see just relaxing on the living room/kitchen area.
A garage to park the car.
The lady at the reception was really really nice. We found that about most Australian people.
This is a personal opinion but the mattress is too soft for my back -although for the other members of my family they were just fine. I’m a light sleeper and have serious back problems, so that doesn’t help either.
We found other soft mattresses in other hotels in Australia so maybe that is the norm down under.
There was no elevator to the apartment that we stayed on but that didn’t affect me because the other members of the family carried the bags for me.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Cooking facilities were good, lots of utensils available. Pool was massive and very nice!
Just a bit of noise from downstairs from family with kids. We generally prefer adults only hotels but were overall very happy here.

The apartment was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed for our family. The swim-out apartments are great for the kids and I enjoyed sitting out on the balcony watching the sunset over the mountains. Easy to walk to the beach. Would love to come back.

Very friendly reception staff.
Apartment is clean although a little tired.
Located not far from Port Douglas with a 10 minutes drive.
Pool looks nice!
Apartment is a little dated. Some touch up would make the apartment more appealing.
