We were in Alpha, one of their Town House rooms. It was lovely & relaxing. My eggs benedict was freshly cooked and one if the best I have had. Perfect location to see a show that was 8 minutes walk away. Lovely staff.

Location and the staff were excellent
The room was small and noisy. With the windows closed was constantly woken up with people coming in through the front door.
