Great breakfast at the neighbouring Morgans Hotel, comfortable bed, good shower, location near Swansea marina, very near museums, lots of pubs nearby, including the splendid Queens Hotel which is great for anyone who appreciates a 'traditional pub'. A 10 minutes walk to the city centre shopping area, and bus station where a buses to the Gower leave from.

We were given an upgraded room, beautifully furnished.
Breakfast at Morgan’s (sister hotel) which we paid for separately didn’t match the quality of the accommodation.

Very good A/C in the room, close proximity to City & Marina.
Four-poster bed, bathrobes in bathroom.
Excellent shower.
Bed not very comfortable & pillows were flat, not what I expected at this level.
Lot of noise from other hotel guests in early hours of morning( not hotels' fault)
Poor night's sleep.
Building is next to main artery into City, so expect traffic noise.
