Incredibly friendly staff and a great quality restaurant right downstairs. Building has a lot of historical character and the location is great for exploring Bayeux, Caen, and all of the D Day landing beaches! There was parking available and our room was very clean. Creully is a lovely town on its own as well. We hope to come back sooner rather than later, thank you for the excellent stay!
For us the bathroom was a perfect size, it might be a tiny bit small when using the family room at full capacity (we stayed with 2 people only). Plugs are a bit hard to reach behind the nightstands but this was easily resolved. Bring some earplugs if you plan to keep the windows open at night as trucks and other traffic pass close by.

Great breakfast, totally fits our needs. The St Martin is not the fanciest hotel we have stayed at but it is certainly the most friendly. This was not our first stay here but it is always the first hotel on our list when visiting the area.
The restaurant offers great food, however my only slight comment is the lack of Vegetarian options. However they will always try and satisfy our needs. The hotel does have a small car park which does get full quickly but there is lots of free and safe parking just around the corner (which I prefer).

It is clear to see that the owners love their job. They were so welcoming and helpful. Discreet yet available when needed. The family room was spacious. Very clean. The restaurant was worth it. Breakfast was nice. Mostly continental but that didn’t bother us. Pastry and bread were fresh. Local apple juice was delicious. The hotel has lots of pictures and one of the owner was able to describe some of them to my son who is passionate about ww2! He loved listening to him describing who was on the picture, what by hey we’re doing and even able to name them. It made the stay memorable
