Really well located. Tatty but clean, receptionist spoke English.
Difficult to locate the underground car park, no signs. No kettle in the kitchenette, if you are going to cook anything take t towel, cleaning materials as you are charged if they have to clean the kitchen area.

Good place. Great for walking to the Cite. The mini apartments are comfortable and clean.
Expensive parking. At reception they scared us into buying it when it was perfectly fine to park outside behind by the river as the locals do.

The location was prefect for exploring the walled city . Less the a 1/4 mile to the entrance. The staff spoke English and were professional. The breakfast was good and had a solid variety. The building was quiet and allowed for good sleep.
The my room was "run down" on of the wall outlets was obviously broken. There was clear damage to parts of the ceiling and many chips and cracks in the bathroom cabinets. One of the lights in the bathroom was out.
