Close to restaurants and cafe. Nice view of the river.
In the unit I was in the Aircon in the bedroom was noisy - reported it and maintenance had a look at but it couldn’t be fixed during my stay. I was offered to move to a different unit but as the weather wasn’t too bad I didn’t really need the aircon in the bedroom. Could run the lounge room one if needed and have the bedroom door open. The glass door to the balcony could be opened and closed with ease but it couldn’t be locked or unlocked. Even though on 3rd floor still felt a bit funny about having it unlocked. Screen door mesh was hanging off the door - left as is, didn’t notice se. Did have to ask for dishcloth and tea towel as they weren’t in kitchen. Other than that the unit was tidy. Washing machine, dryer and dishwasher all worked. A bit expensive but it was central to everything.

The separate bedroom is good also that the 1brm had a full kitchen WITH an oven AND a full laundry hidden away with your own washer/dryer! I love this place !!
That i constantly heard every noise from the apartment above us, from dragging furniture to kids

Initial room was not up to expectation and the floor was quite dirty. I spoke with reception and their response was outstanding. When we were moved we were much more comfortable and happier with the room.
The gym on the bottom floor. You can hear the people dropping their weights at all hours of the night and early mornings.

The location sells this accommodation. Close to Football stadium.
This is our second time staying here. Both times with family friends the football. I feel the Appartments we stayed in were poorly looked after. Very knocked about. Felt dirty and unclean. Glass was dirty. Cupboards need a good clean on the outside.
