The place was immaculately clean and more than spacious enough for the four of us - the kids (7 & 9) couldn’t believe it was all ours, even the big pool! Despite being on a complex of villas it felt completely private and we weren’t overlooked at all. The management team were excellent, popping in to show us around and give us tips on the nearest supermarkets and getting around. We had a couple of small issues which were handled immediately, and it was super easy to communicate with the team over watsapp. After reading some worrying reviews we were pleasantly surprised and couldn’t have wished for more, especially given the price. The location was fantastic, walking distance to shops, the beautiful marina and stunning beach with crystal waters and white sand.
It didn’t bother us at all but good to know is that the shops, beach and marina are a 10/15 minute walk away, so just be prepared for that. The walk is straightforward and flat, suitable for buggy’s or wheelchairs. The kitchen is very small but had everything we needed, we were able to cook meals and enjoyed a few dinners on the terrace. The pool is very deep, we took our own floaties, no shallow end for kids who can’t swim but plenty of space and a hose you could put a small inflatable paddling pool.

The Villa was superb overall . Location wise , close to the Supermarkets , shops and restaurants . Pool was a good size , bigger than others in the villas we had in the past . There was a great welcome pack when we arrived , water , milk , coffee , sugar , bread , fruit , orange juices and beer . Places we'd stayed at in the past could learn from it. The contact with Guest Services was excellent and they were always ready to help. Overall highly recommend this Villa ( #2) and would definitely book again .
There was no lock or handle on the patio door out to the pool area . This was a security concern and was reported to Guest services the day before we left . So hopefully maintenance will have addressed this by the time you read this . There was also a lot of noise coming from a building site very close by , obviously out of the control of Villas de Marina , but perhaps Guest services should be highlighting this better when booking . We only found out a week before arrival . It didn't spoil our enjoyment but I could see how other more fussy clients may find it irritating. Don't get me wrong , these couple of negatives did not affect the overall most enjoyable holiday . Thank you Villas de Marina .

The villa is ideal, the mid week clean was a nice surprise. It's really well situated for the Marina, La Sal and the town.

Management are very responsive and helpful. The welcome basket was a nice surprise. Location is very convenient to walk to the marina.
The unit we stayed in was very tired and in need of some TLC. The furniture was pretty worn, the outside area definitely needed a paint job, and furnishings were pretty sparse. I’m scratching my head at the very positive reviews on this property. Perhaps some of the units have been renovated, and we stayed at an older one? The pictures seem to be taken when this property was brand new, I found they did not represent the unit accurately.
