I do not remember which room number or type of room I had, but the room was huge and spacious with impressive floral murals painted in the walls to add an ‘arty’ sense of interest. The bed was huge and comfortable, lots of points for charging devices, and everything worked as it should. It is basically right across the road from the Memorial Bridge, with the Tha Pai Hot Springs nearby on the way to the accommodation (if coming from Chiang Mai), and Pai Canyon further up the road as you head towards the township of Pai. It’s a great spot to spend a night or two to explore those sights before heading into Pai town to experience the more local things such as the Walking Street, the big White Buddha, and the views from the Chinese village.
I suspect that, like many places of its size, the pandemic must’ve hit it pretty hard financially. A few small renovations (fix some loose hinges, touch up some paint work, pigeon-proof the rooftop, etc.), when affordable, would really bring this place back to life.

This is the perfect place to stay if visiting Pai!! The villas are very sweet and overlook the lake in the middle. The staff are super helpful and friendly and the shuttle service into Pai town made it very convenient. Thank you!! :)
We weren’t sure if the pool filter had broken or not so we didn’t go in the pool.

The room was very nice and comfortable and was very clean. We didn’t use the pool but the surrounding in the property was very beautiful. The bathroom was very spacious and clean, I loved the minimal design.
The location was perfect as it’s also walking distance from the memorial bridge. The coffee shops and souvenir shops.
I love the fact that it’s pet friendly and the pets there are not afraid of people.
The cold bothered us a little but apart from that we had a very satisfied stay at the resort.

Good atmosphere. Quiet, suitable for relaxation.
I don't like breakfast that has only one choice. Some meals at the restaurant are too expensive.
